Tom joined Bodyism in 2012, bringing with him a unique addition to our personal training repertoire as a Swimming Specialist. Combining a broad spectrum of personal experience in sports and skills drawn from, swimming, boxing and strength training.
Tom’s skill in the pool has seen him quickly rise to become one of most sort after swim stroke specialist’s in the UK, able to teach all abilities from the aqua-phobic to Tri-athlon standard.
His passion lies within teaching others to positively influence themselves to lead healthier, more fulfilling lives. In line with Bodyism’s key principles, he believes that we were all designed to move, be active and eat healthily. Tom is sure to help you through this process and implement a fun, active based workout that is best suited to you and your body.
