Kristen Aldridge from SHAPE magazine finds out how, despite a new show about to start, 2 growing boys to look after and several successful business’s to run, Elle Macpherson maintains her incredible figure living Clean & Lean.

“My approach doesn’t involve calorie-counting or spending hours in the gym. Rather, it’s creating a way of life,” Duigan says. “Exercise is there to make you feel better, but to be constantly exhausted and tired is not what it’s about.”

“Any transformation that happens to your body, happens to your mind first,” Duigan says. “You need to commit to changing your life… then the change to your body will be forever.”
