<p>There has been a article written about her that says she is &#8220;the most beautiful and terrifying woman in personal training&#8221; but her clients say the opposite. She is always motivating and understanding but never terrifying.</p>
<p>Nathalie&#8217;s best health advice is to take Bodyism&#8217;s fish oil.</p>

<p><strong>The Diet</strong></p>
<p>The Rules:</p>
<p>• No more skipping breakfast or grabbing a croissant. Instead, have a ‘protein source’ every morning salmon, ham or eggs).</p>
<p>• Ditch foods labelled low fat (these are processed and therefore difficult for your body to digest) and eat more good fats (for example, extra virgin olive oil, nuts and avocado).</p>
<p>• Make sure your snacks always contain some form of protein (try a slice of ham or chicken, or a handful of raw nuts or seeds).</p>
<p>• If you have a major carb craving, go for rye bread, sweet potatoes or quinoa.</p>
<p>• Don’t eat anything that comes in a tin or a jar. And if you can’t even pronounce the ingredients, they ain’t good for you.</p>
<p>• Whenever possible, it ’s best to buy organic .</p>

<p>Here are some more exercise options for using the Bodyism Exercise Band to help you get started:</p>
<p><strong>Tube Walking</strong><br />
Lift your bottom and help stabilise the knee hip and ankle joints</p>
<p>1. Put the band around your ankles and walk slowly for 20 steps to the side, keeping the  tension in the band. At all times keep the upper body as still as possible.</p>
<p>2. Now place the band above the knees, get into a squat position and walk again for 20 steps to the side.</p>

Switch on your hip and thigh muscles and work your core (stomach) muscles</p>
<p>1. Put the band around your knees.<br />
2. Get into a squat position and bring one knee in towards the other knee 15 times.<br />
3. Keep the body still and stand in perfect posture.<br />
4. Repeat with the other knee.</p>
